We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365 environments. This role is 90% remote, with occasional in-person support depending on client needs.

You’ll be the first line of support, solving day-to-day technical issues, setting up new users, troubleshooting system errors, and managing accounts and devices across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide Tier 1–2 support for end-users via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows PCs, Macs, and iPhones/iPads

· Administer and maintain Office 365 accounts, including user setup, license management, and email support

· Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and account provisioning

· Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, procedures, and resolutions in the help desk system

· Educate users on best practices, security protocols, and basic troubleshooting

· Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues or projects

Requirements

· 2–3 years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role

· Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS (iPhone/iPad)

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

· Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ConnectWise, etc.)

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment

· Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

· Bonus: Experience with basic networking, ticketing systems (like Zendesk or Freshdesk), or working at an MSP
